About me
I am a passionate communicator with a love for branding and advertising, but more importantly a fierce love for data and insights that drive media decisions. I am also an avid reader, and consumer of art, fashion, music and movies. I believe in giving people the skills to fully experience their potential – and I live that motto in both my professional life and as a very committed and involved parent to five amazing young people.

PROFESSIONAL BIO
I started out working in an administrative role in the Motor Industry and studied commerce, progressing to being a Financial Manager in the IT industry.
I had a change of heart, took a sabbatical and came back after eight months to join a small through- the-line advertising agency.
From there I moved over into media starting at RMS Media in Finance and Buying, and naturally progressed to Media Planning and Strategy.
I was then employed by The Mediashop for the next four years as a Strategist progressing to Business Unit Head before moving to MEC to head up the Vodacom Media account for almost six years.
My proudest achievements have been with happy client who renewed our contract without a pitch on the during the year period. I was leading an exceptional team who are all still great friends today.
I was then promoted to Chief Strategy Officer at Wavemaker in 2019 and have led and successfully concluded major pitches making our business more sustainable and future-proofing our Company for growth.
I do this all while balancing my roles as mom of five, aspiring writer and traveller and being a good partner.
My strengths are definitely being able to remain calm in a crisis, good at solving problems swiftly and ability to understand people
