About me

I am Sagittarius so Travel for me is the ultimate experience, preferably something with major outdoor activities. I have travelled to over 28 different African Markets, I love immersing myself in each countries culture, and history, to understand where they are today. I not only travel to the main city centres but into all the outlying areas as well – making friends and enjoying different cultural food dishes. I have white water rafted down the source of the Nile, I have walked with the guerrillas in Cameroon, swum with the dolphins in Zanzibar, hot air ballooned over Tuli in Botswana. I used to be an Advanced diver however over the last couple of years I have been to busy with other elements of life.

I grew up in Botswana and had a Basotho pony which I darted around the bush with, and through the years I have continued with my love for horses. I currently have two horses, one bread by myself, and we compete in 3 phase eventing (Dressage / Cross Country / Show Jumping).

When not riding on the weekend, and not travelling, I am a keen gardener, I am always rearranging where everything is planted. I do not like sitting in one place and relaxing, I enjoy being on the go all the time. I have a five-year-old daughter who also keeps me on my toes and is teaching me new things about myself daily.

I love everyone and have been told that I have a calming effect on most. When I have a goal in my head, I will always find a way to achieve it.
